Return and Exchange Policy

In accordance with European Union legislation, we aim to provide a transparent and convenient return process. The main conditions are listed below.

In accordance with European Union legislation, the consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance sales contract and return the purchased goods within 14 calendar days without providing a reason.
For goods, the 14-day period begins on the day the goods are received by the consumer or by a third party designated by them.
To exercise the right of return, the buyer must notify WoodStyle™ of their decision to withdraw from the contract before the 14-day period expires.

Condition of the product upon return
The buyer has the right to inspect the product to the extent necessary to verify its characteristics, properties, and functionality.
The buyer is liable for any diminution in the product’s value resulting from handling that went beyond what was necessary to verify its characteristics and condition.
It is recommended that the product be returned in proper condition, complete with all accessories, documentation, and original packaging, where such packaging forms part of the product.

Return costs
If the buyer exercises the right to return the goods within the 14-day period, the cost of return shipping is borne by the buyer, unless otherwise stipulated by the terms of the specific order.
The buyer must be informed of potential return costs prior to making a purchase.
If the seller has not informed the buyer in advance about the requirement to pay return costs, such costs cannot be charged to the buyer.

Refunds
Upon receipt of the notice of withdrawal from the contract, WoodStyle™ shall refund the funds received from the buyer in accordance with EU legal requirements.
Refunds shall be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless expressly agreed otherwise with the buyer.
The Seller reserves the right to withhold the refund until the returned goods are received or until proof of their dispatch is provided by the buyer—whichever occurs first.

Defective or non-conforming goods
In addition to the 14-day right of withdrawal, consumers in the EU are entitled to a minimum two-year statutory guarantee regarding the conformity of goods.
If the goods are defective, do not match the description, or do not meet the agreed specifications, the buyer has the right to demand that the non-conformity be remedied free of charge.
Depending on the circumstances, this may include:
-free repair;
-replacement of the goods;
-a price reduction;
-a refund.
The statutory guarantee applies independently of any additional commercial warranty provided by the seller or manufacturer.

Costs in the event of defective goods
If the goods prove to be defective or do not conform to the terms of the contract, the costs necessary to bring the goods into conformity, including relevant transportation costs, shall not be borne by the consumer.

Exceptions to the 14-day return right
The right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days does not apply to certain categories of goods specified by EU legislation.
In particular, this may apply to:
goods made to order or personalized;
perishable goods;
certain sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery;
digital content, if performance or downloading has already begun with the consumer’s prior consent and acknowledgment of the loss of the right of withdrawal;
other cases expressly provided for by law.
The full list of exceptions is determined by EU legislation and the national legislation of the relevant Member State.

How to process a return
To process a return, the buyer must contact WoodStyle™ and provide the following information:
order number;
date of purchase;
product name;
reason for the return (if the return is due to a defect);
buyer’s contact details.
Upon receipt of the request, the seller will inform the buyer of the procedure for returning the product.

Legislation
These rules apply subject to the provisions of European Union consumer protection legislation, particularly the rules regarding the right of withdrawal from distance contracts and the statutory guarantee of conformity for goods.
The national legislation of an individual EU Member State may provide for additional rights and guarantees for the consumer.
